Born in Geneva, Marie Grob has studied both in Sweden and Switzerland. She received a Masters in Architecture at EPFL, where she was also a teaching assistant for the first year architecture design studio under the direction of Prof. Dieter Dietz of ALICE. After working for various architectural practices in Switzerland, she worked in San Francisco as both an architect and set designer for small theater productions. She focuses on projects with collective and integrated design solutions that aim to strengthen communities. She has worked at U-TT since 2014 as part of the Fábrica de Cultura: BAQ project team and coordinating the Barranquilla Summer School program, elective courses, and theses.
